Programs

·        Information & Referrals – Pairing people in need with agencies and programs to help solve the health and human service challenges they face.

·        Volunteer Matching – Connecting people interested in donating their time and talents to serve the community with volunteer opportunities.

·        Fund Distribution – Uniting leaders in a community-wide effort to efficiently and effectively fund health and human services in Maui County by discussing needs, reviewing grant applications, making agency site visits, deliberating on appropriate resource distributions, and exploring ways to improve community conditions.

·        Resource Distribution – Accepting donations of sizeable quantity from individuals and businesses and distributing donated items to nonprofit organizations that can benefit from them.

·        New Campaign Initiatives – Expanding our volunteer network to help boost the annual giving campaign.

o       Women’s Initiative

·        Labor Community Services Liaison Program – Improving the lives of workers and their families by meeting their human and social needs and empowering workers and their unions to improve their communities.  This program is offered in partnership with the United Way Statewide Association of Hawaii.
