Day of Caring Volunteer

Day of Caring is an opportunity for employees in the workplace, as well as other volunteers, to volunteer for a single day of work on community projects throughout Maui.  Whether it's painting, landscaping, building a playground, or revitalizing a neighborhood, this single day of making a difference is one of United Way's most popular annual events.

Volunteering in the Community

Volunteer Hawaii is a service offered by the United Ways in Hawaii to allow people to search for community volunteer opportunities online.  The service uses award-winning software to help individuals and groups find volunteer opportunities that match their interests.  This powerful search engine will enable you to search by keyword, zip code, social issue or an even more advanced search to find opportunities.  It also allows you to research the agency offering the opportunity before you volunteer.  In addition, Volunteer Hawaii allows you to track your volunteer hours, making it an excellent tool for employees who help track their company's community involvement and for students who wish to track their community service hours.  Please click the link below to learn more:
