Open to nonprofit board members, this training offers practical tools and deeper clarity on what effective governance truly looks like. Participants will explore the essential roles and legal responsibilities of 501(c)(3) board members, along with best practices for strong governance at every stage of an organization’s lifecycle.
Board members will gain insight into how to support organizational success through effective leadership, strengthen board development and help sustain a healthy, thriving nonprofit. Topics include governance fundamentals, fiduciary responsibilities and strategies to build and maintain a high-functioning board.
