Our Programs

Maui United Way works to support programs that address Maui County’s health and human service needs to ensure our local families are supported in their time of need.

Holiday Toy Drive 2023

Holiday Toy Drive 2021Pacific Media Group sponsors the Holiday Toy Drive and recipients are identified through Maui United Way's 39 partner agency programs and affiliate organizations of Friends of the Children's Justice Center. The children who benefit from the toy drive are primarily victims of poverty and low-income circumstances, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence and other special needs.

In 2023, the Holiday Toy Drive provided 2,680 keiki with Christmas gifts and was able to fulfill 100% percent of our requests.

Tools for School Drive 2023

Tools for School DriveOur 10th Annual Tools for School Drive was the most successful to date! Requests went up by 400 with over 1,200 keiki needing supplies! The Maui community rallied to donate items and raise funds so that over 1,214 keiki in need could have the tools they need to head back to school. All supplies were distributed through Maui United Way's 39 non-profit partner agencies.

We want to send a big mahalo to Pacific Media Group. Mahalo to everyone who donated and volunteered this year. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
